The team has evidenced and formulated a series of whole day action focussed learning events that are designed to facilitate awareness, skills, strategies and understanding of health management issues and challenges from a nursing perspective, including:
- Global perspectives on the nursing profession and nursing roles
- Management of the nursing workforce
- Organisation of nursing care
- Quality Assurance and risk management in nursing.
This dynamic programme of training will be delivered to over one thousand Senior Nurses across Serbia throughout 2010 and marks a significant shift in focus for the future progress of management and practice within the healthcare economy. Oakleigh Consulting is delighted to play a important role in European Union funded Global Healthcare initiatives.
