Oakleigh partners Vissap in the delivery of the Lean Outcomes Framework with West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust

Vissap and Oakleigh have secured work to support West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust in meeting the Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) agenda, using the new Lean Outcomes Framework mechanism.

The initial project will focus on ENT outpatient activity, pathways and throughput, with an emphasis on providing the most effective and efficient patient experience and journey.

The Lean Outcomes framework is an evidenced methodology that addresses organisational culture and processes to allow the structure and principles of Benefits Realisation to underpin the creative Lean learning, through defined and accountable dynamics.
