Oakleigh commissioned by NHS Plymouth
Oakleigh consultants have completed a Business Case for the replacement of the Patient Administration System at NHS Plymouth. NHS Plymouth is one of a very small number of combined mental health and community trusts, and one of the few whose boundaries are co-terminous with the local authority.
NHS Plymouth's current clinical system covers Mental Health, Adults and Older People, Learning Disabilities and Children’s and Families services (AOP/CF), with the geography of the South Devon area, placing a premium on closer ties with the local authority, especially social services.
'NHS Plymouth had failed for a whole variety of reasons to put together a comprehensive and coherent business case around a critical part of its operation for sometime. Once the organisation engaged with Oakleigh Consulting we managed together to turn around the business case in a very short period of time.
