Feasibility studies consider a chosen path or recommended options/s in depth. An options review for a college’s future delivery model would include a detailed look at curriculum, quality, finance, property and HR.

Business Planning

We bring business planning expertise together with sector knowledge to provide you with robust business plans to take you forward and provide reassurance and confidence to your board and funders. Our consultants have applied HM Treasury 5 Case Business models to education particularly in the Welsh post 16 sector.

Education cases for property strategies and capital build
