Oakleigh launches a fixed price IT Governance Assessment Service

Oakleigh Consulting’s Technology Division has recently launched a fixed price IT Governance Assessment Service. Whilst we have a very successful track record in developing, writing and implementing full IT strategies for our customers; feedback led us to develop this rapid assessment service, which gives a high level scoring of an organisation against industry benchmarked standards for IT Strategy Governance and Service Provision.

The output of the assessment is a comprehensive and tailored report that examines the end to end efficiency of IT service provision, e.g. alignment of strategic goals with ability to execute, appropriateness of technology, financing of IT, decision making structures, project and service delivery, and others to produce an ‘as is ‘ view of IT governance
