Oakleigh now offers Agile methodology as part of its range of consulting services

Ivan Bartolo, co-founder of 6PM recently trained Oakleigh Consultants in Agile Methodology.

A selection of consultants were trained in the 6 PM Delivery Framework consisting of Philosophy, Principles, People, Practice, Process, and Products.

The delivery principles are:

1. Involve the User Representatives throughout the project life cycle is a must
2. The delivery team must be empowered to take decisions
3. Focus will be on frequent delivery of products and not activities
4. The overall solution quality acceptance criteria is fitness for business
5. An iterative and incremental delivery process to deliver an accurate holistic business solution
6. All changes during development are reversible
7. Technical and Business testing is integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle
8. Requirements are baselined by the end of the definition phase
9. A collaborative and co-operative approach is required between all identified stakeholders
