Senior positions
We are presently recruiting senior staff to help us build our business in Central Government, the NHS, Local Government and Technology services.
We are particularly looking to strengthen our sales team through the recruitment of experienced Business Developers.
Oakleigh's business developers are all established consultants in their own right. They have experience of working closely with clients to design and deliver sound, innovative solutions to their business challenges.
The standard required of a good business developer is that you will already have an established network of relationships within one or more of our client groups. You will know a number of key players. You will understand the client's business pressures, their agenda for change and their current priorities. You will be able to explore professionally new opportunities as they arise and in some cases contribute to the development of the opportunity.
Additionally, you will be comfortable with developing Oakleigh's and your reputation in particular areas (for example, by conference speaking, writing articles and thought leadership more generally).
