Oakleigh acquires PSM Consulting

Oakleigh has acquired PSM Consulting which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Oakleigh Consulting Group.

Jim Young, Oakleigh's Managing Director stated:

"PSM have an excellent track record working with blue-chip multinational clients in Europe and beyond. They specialise in business process and performance improvement and in support to major organisational change programmes such as post-merger integration and the setting up of new organisations. This acquisition broadens our service capability and client base. It marks the continuing growth of the Oakleigh Group as a full-service player in the consultancy services market both in the UK
and overseas".
