We employ consultants who are highly proficient in process re-design, mapping and simplification. All are highly trained facilitators, proficient in eliciting issues and developing solutions through participative workshops that draw on the knowledge and expertise of client staff.
We are always keen to hear from people with suitable backgrounds to join our team. Typically you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, possibly with a post-graduate qualification in a relevant area. You will have experience of delivering significant change with one or more of our main client groups (principally central and local government, the health services, higher education and utilities).
As an Oakleigh consultant you will be involved with all stages of the project life cycle, from the initial proposal to final delivery. We expect our business developers to be proactive in using their established networks to generate and maintain business, as well as responding to enquiries and invitations. We look to all our consultants to be active in developing the business and supporting the sales process in the search for opportunities.
Quality of delivery is paramount to the maintenance of our hard-won reputation. Our consultants must be comfortable in delivering services toworking at all levels, from top management through to front-line delivery. They will have proven skills and offer practical, pragmatic solutions tailored to the client's needs. Oakleigh consultants focus on developing a productive relationship with the client which is to mutual benefit.
