Mike Allen -
Chairman
Mike Allen has over 30 years experience in Central Government in a range of management and operational roles. He has specialised in the introduction of business change particularly utilising skills and experience in information systems and in project/programme management. He is an experienced facilitator and mentor.
Jim Young -
Managing Director
Jim Young has 25 years experience in the management of business-led IT projects and in project reviews. He has worked mainly in the public sector and the retail markets.
Before setting up Oakleigh Jim ran PA's Project Management Division, was part of their 3 man public sector management team and was responsible for Public Sector Consultancy in the North of England for one of the 'big five' accountancy firms.
Phil Hawkey -
Group Director
Phil has a broad and varied career history; from local government via US multinational corporations to running his own business; from management consultancy to business development and executive direction. He has had exposure to a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, telecommunications, new media, utilities and government.
Andy Shenstone -
Director of Education Services
Andy specialises in delivering complex projects for the education sector, particularly in the field of performance improvement. He has extensive experience of working with the UK HE sector having supervised all of Oakleigh's work for HEIs, to date working with 35 different institutions as well as relevant agencies and departments.
Anne Quirk -
Director - Health Division
Anne has nearly 30 years experience in business administration at operational and board level within the NHS and private health sector.
Anne has programme directed and implementing strategic change projects across patient care pathways from pre-admission through to post discharge. Her business development and management consultancy both leverage her healthcare knowledge and credibility with client networks across multi organisations and different models of care provision.
Myles Gorton -
Director - Technology Division
Myles has extensive experience in IT strategy development, due diligence, IT and process sourcing strategy, e-business strategy, and project and programme management across all vertical market sectors, with particular focus on the Public Sector and Financial Services. Prior to joining Oakleigh, Myles was responsible for IT consulting services at Ovum and has consulted for Accenture and BT Consulting.
